Camilleri & Clarke merges with Smith Brothers Insurance

Smith Brothers Insurance, one of the largest independent agencies in New England, is pleased to announce their merger with Camilleri & Clarke (C&C), a premier insurance agency in Wethersfield, CT.  C&C provides professional liability to architects and engineers/design professionals (A&E), lawyers and CPA's.

"We are working with C&C to carefully integrate their organization into Smith Brothers," said Joe B. Smith, CEO and President, Smith Brothers.  C&C relocated to Smith Brothers' Glastonbury office last week.

"Smith Brothers and C&C share the same client-focused philosophy and high ethical values," said Bob Camilleri, President of Camilleri & Clarke. "Joe Smith and I have spent a lot of time together to plan the integration of our two organizations in a way that will benefit clients and employees long into the future."

C&C, with Bob Camilleri's leadership, is known for their risk management services and value added approach in the A&E niche.  Camilleri was one of the founders of PLAN, an industry association of exclusive agencies specializing in A&E and represents the best providers of A&E professional liability in the marketplace, including XL, Travelers, Hudson, Navigators, Hartford, Chubb, Beazley, and Catlin.
